I agree. The acceptance of a Biden win with fraudulent voting is an excuse for flimsy, self described conservatives to get on with sucking up to the media and the commie dem traitors. No doubt left that the entire voting system has been fatally damaged and will have to be reconstructed. All attempts to require voter ID have been shot down by democrat party operatives and now anything goes. Fox and most of the media is owned by billionaires who are not concerned with making a profit. People who work for them do what they are paid for or they will be replaced by somebody who will.

Sounds about right. Technically, Biden is not President until he completes the swearing in and takes the oath of office, so Constitutional succession does not apply. The VP-elect is sworn in first so if anything happens to the President-elect prior to swearing in, the VP assumes the duties of the President. I assume there would be a fairly quick swearing-in of the VP as President. Of course, anytime prior to the expiration of the terms of the outgoing President and VP, they remain in office and have the same authority they had upon taking office in their own right.

I'm old enough to remember the chaos following John Kennedy's death back in 1963. Johnson took the oath of office as soon as it could be arranged (finding a judge to do the legal act of swearing in), but technically Johnson assumed the duties of President at the moment Kennedy passed away.

Reports show that some software, particularly in Antrim County, Michigan, flipped some 3,000 votes cast for Donald Trump, over to Joe Biden's side, resulting in a 6,000 vote swing. The software was employed in 47 Michigan counties, so potentially 282,000 votes would have to be subtracted from Joe Biden's totals and added to Donald Trump's, if the same mistake was made in each of these counties. Worse, many other battleground states employed that software.

We have been seeing these reports since Illinois cheated Nixon and installed Kennedy, what has been done about any of it? Nothing that is what. Do you expect anything to be done now by Barr, Wray the military? Dream on.

Umm, nope. True, the swing in the one county was 6,000, but that was accomplished by changing 3,000 votes, as stated in the article. Not 6,000.

The question was if biden died, what would be the succession...the answer is vp would move up, and SOH,..pelosi would assume the vp slot, (temporarily). A new vp would then be appointed until the next federal election..if there was one. I can read.

The only way an Amendment can be “destroyed” is by passing (2/3 of Congress) and ratifying (3/4 of states) a new amendment which repeals it.

Been done only once. Remember how Obama whinged about the pesky Constitution which prevented him from ruling with phone & pen?
