FYI, a few election cycles ago, when John Boehnor was Speaker, he targeted Mo Brooks in the primaries. Yes, the Speaker of the House targeted a sitting incumbent in the primaries to try and defeat him.

How did that work out? John Boehnor is no longer in Congress and Mo Brooks ran for reelection unopposed this term.

Brooks initially opposed Trump in the primary in 2016, as I did. Once he saw that Trump governed as conservatively as he did, Brooks was 101% on board.

He is my congressman and a good guy.

Thanks for that info, Bryan. Never liked Boehnor, always enjoyed what I heard from Mo Brooks.

Hopefully Trump can still win outright by exposing the fraud, but if not, this provision in the Constitution should be used.

I like Mo a lot too. He is one of the most efficient articulators of the conservative position on just about any issue that comes along. He has an uncanny ability to zero in on the point and nail it with almost no wasted motion. Never gets drawn off target by interviewers. Will reshape the question to get to the real point, etc.
