I think he should simply say that “the SOS’s of the various states have certified the winner and loser of this race,the courts have examined and given their verdicts on the various questions regarding the voter fraud which I believe is still extant in this nation. My last day shall be January 20th and until then I will be working hard to put America first and to make America Great Again. We held the Senate and made great gains in the house. Troublemakers and extremists will be put down under my watch should they continue to threaten the nation and those who seek to threaten my supporters with reprisal listings will be arrested for terroristic threats. Rich Barris was explaining a couple of evenings ago that a recount does not verify (a voter), but a “Canvas” does.
What does a recount mean, if the number of ballots remain unverified.

I put the pieces of The Big Steal together last night in my sleep. I now know, almost perfectly, HOW. Now I need to collect as much of the various, scattered evidence I can, and we need to present the data. Then we need certain behaviors out of various Secretaries of State, the ones who are interested in cooperating anyways. You’ll want to get my coming thread to Team Trump, and then you’ll want to try to influence any SOS’s you can — or have Team Trump do it.
The behavior we will need is HAND COUNTS, with REPUBLICAN MONITORS, of the paper ballots (for those states that have them.)
I know for a fact Georgia has paper ballots. We vote electronically, then that prints a paper ballot that we feed into (occasionally corrupted) counting machines.
