The Post Office photographs all mail including ballots.
A couple months before the election, POTUS replaced the Postmaster General. Then a week or so before the election he replaced the USPS Inspector General. The RATs set themselves up for a fall by insisting on using US Mail.
Yes, and there are BIG penalties for that. Just look at "Mueller Russia hoax prosecution team destroyed evidence of their cell phone text messages and calls" for proof of the seriousness of this crime.

But can those time stamps be altered?
If not familiar try informed delivery by us post office. If interested I have emails from USPS with images of all the applications sent to me for requesting an absentee ballot. They all have barcodes. Voted absentee but in person.
Big question is, who has hacked into this database that documents all voters in one place with massive mailing of absentee applications and vote by mail ballots.
And, it wouldn’t be too hard for someone with proper knowledge to rig the sorting machines to back date and time stamp any late ballots that normally wouldn’t qualify.

from the pix I saw they were carting boxes of ballots in that never went through the USPS??
the project veritas interview with the postal employee said they were told to back date the cancellation on the envelopes to make them appear to arrive on 11/3.
I utilize the informed delivery service to know when to go to my post office. Out of ten pieces of mail, 3 actually have images - the rest say “There is a mailpiece for which we do not currently have an image that is included in Today’s mail.”
The USPS union, won’t do anything for fairness of mail in ballots

Reminds me of the OJ trial. There was a preponderance of evidence but the jury looked the other way.
