Wait until those are over, and until the Supreme Court reviews the matter, to call the race won by Harris/Biden.

There is a real constitutional problem with late arriving votes being counted. Justice Alito has already pretty much telegraphed what would be the opinion of at least 3 Justices.
The media illegitimately and fraudulently acting like they’re the official final say on elections will likely be mentioned in the resulting opinion when its all over
