It is a State Legislative issue, not a State Judicial issue. THAT is what the SCOTUS can remind the States.
In the case of PA Trump’s team is arguing that the state SC overstepped its Constitutional bounds when it legislated the dates in the state law. The US Constitution specifically restricts all election matters to the Legislative, not the Judicial branch. The courts may adjudicate whether the law is followed. It may not prescribe election law.
