Vote rigging: How to spot the tell-tale signs
BBCNews ^ | 09/02/2016 | bbc

A high turnout in specific areas Even where the turnout is within the bounds of possibility, if the figure is wildly different from the turnout elsewhere, it serves as a warning.

Why would one particular area, or one individual polling station, have a 90% turnout, while most other areas register less than 70%?

Something strange is almost certainly going on, especially if the high turnout is an area which favours one particular candidate or party over another.

Was that second graphic a parody? I'm looking at your source it says 1,821,356 registered in Nevada and should be about 1,300,000 that voted (found through Wikipedia.)
Registered by state

Democrat ruined Virginia has long had such a malady. We Virginian Republicans know all about it, riding high at 88% and shot down at sunrise. The catch up the vote cheating is so obvious now with the intentionally slow states obstructing our re-election of President Trump.
Democrats have for four years tried everything to outst Trump.
Now they use: the reinvigorated well worn and failed economic disaster Chinese Wohan Fake Flu, scamdemic.
Democrats chose to continue scare distancing to pave the way and ram through early voting by mail in ballot for joe.
Election stealing,,,, and up till now not a damn thing done about it.
Well the gloves are finally off! Overplayed and called ... Trump!
I await nationwide crackdown that is sorely needed. A reinstatement of trust that our legal vote still counts will result.

This’ll be gone soon.

The photos in the story depict a certain very specific culture engaging in the fraud described. I know it’s in the Africa section, but woke-ism demands it be censored.

When the sample size is in the millions, getting a 50.1% to 49.9% result is highly suspicious. It’s like flipping a coin and having it land on its edge, possible but unlikely. Usually it is a tell-tale that cheating is involved. Cheaters want to minimize the risk of getting caught so have little incentive to go overboard manufacturing votes they don’t need. In this election we’ve got 5 coins landing on their sides, impossible without divine or devil intervention.

Interesting.
Curious, you seem to understand stats very well. Are you a statistician?

I think the registered voters in your table are from 2018 or even older. Check the link under the table for the current 2020 figures. But even with current registration figures, the turnout numbers for some states are insanely high and highly suspect.
