Per the Philadelphia Inquirer:
Trump up 164K votes statewide.
763,000 mail votes left to be counted.
Biden has won 77% of the mail ballots so far.
If that number held, Biden would pick up net 175K. But...
Other data from various sources:
Allegheny County (Pittsburgh) mail ballots are all in. There are a small amount (don't know) of in-person ballots from a handful of precincts that need to be counted (Trump won in-person with 59% in that county)
Philadelphia still has a good chunk of mail to be counted.
Clarion Co. has only reported 27% of precincts reporting. Small county (8K votes total?) but Trump should pick up some votes.
Westmoreland Co. has a handful of precincts left to count (some Trump pickup likely).
Luzerne Co. has some votes outstanding.
Translation: Coin flip. BTW, please read comments below b/c I know Freepers will be posting additional information.

If/when those elections go wrong, then a certain whore from Alaska pulls a “Judas Jim Jeffords” and guess who controls then Senate then?

Why would it make a shred of difference from a strictly legal point of view whether or not a candidate is “declared” the winner from any source if the results are being contested.
What LEGAL force does a media claim have?
Court of public opinion. Once Biden is declared winner, Trump becomes the guy trying to overturn an election. This is why Biden was rolled out at 2:00AM (or so) on 11/4 to say "we will win if all votes are counted."

Yes they are. Any votes that came in after November 3rd were supposed to be separated and not mixed in just like PA told the Supreme Court they would do.
The Supreme Court has asked PA to respond today to the earlier court case regarding the mail in ballot extension
The thing is the lefty states or lefty mayors in red states would ONLY investigate our side for fraud, and with their lapdogs in the media would make it look like WE ARE the cheats.
