There is comfort when we grieve together. All Americans should be grieving now as we did on 911.
I’m grieving now, as are many on this forum. Perhaps we can comfort each other.
But I’m also angry and above all fearful for our country.
There are few things in life that one can count on. The love of your child? The love of your pet?
As an American I believed that we can always “count” on the integrity of our elections.
Going back to the days of George Washington and the many hotly fought elections that followed. I am sure there were many times when one side or the other wanted to cheat and maybe even tried to cheat, but it didn’t happen.
I’m thinking the elections of 1824 and 1828 between Andrew Jackson and John Quincy Adams.
These were highly contested and heated. Both sides wanted to win at all costs. Duels were fought. People died.
A visiting Marquis De Lafayette was there, (still with his head), and he counseled restraint to both sides.
Jackson had won the popular vote and “most” of the electoral college, but Americans would have doubts, so the election was ultimately settled in the House of Representatives. Both sides accepted the outcome. Four years later Jackson won.
There could have been cheating, but there wasn’t.
Then the reelection of Abraham Lincoln. Many, North and South, wanted the president out of office same as today with President Trump.
Was there widespread cheating? No.
I grew up in old Mayor Daly’s Chicago. Everybody voted, the precinct captains made sure of that, and maybe frowned on you voting “the other way”, but was there cheating? No. There wasn’t.
Regardless of your political preference many of us believe that there was widespread ballot tampering in Wisconsin Michigan and possibly Pennsylvania too. .
No one should be happy about this, except of course our enemies.
China, North Korea, Russia are just waiting to attack the neighboring lands they consider theirs and they will do so if they know we have no resolve to stop them.
And, by the way, honest elections never happen in those countries.
In the coming days and weeks J. Sekulow and his very efficient staff may find proof through expert and eye witnesses that cheating occurred.
If this turns out to be true, that there is more than just a hint of ballot tampering, then there is only one solution to restore the integrity of our presidential elections or any elections for that matter.
We should re-vote.
We should have a new election for those states where tampering occurred.
The election would be held on one day. Vote in person or absentee. No mail ins that arrive after the election , no ballot harvesting.
Both sides would agree to abide by the results.
Why not do this?
"After the fair trials", mind you.
Problem solved, and precedent set for future cheats.
In person vote only not enough time for any other kind of vote.
“Voting” is over. Get over it. We aren’t “voting” our way out of this mess. Americans voted for despotism and corruption. And they’re going to get it good and hard.
That’s all well in good but this stolen election cannot be allowed to stand. It must be fixed immediately!
Moving forward we need a mandatory prison sentence and follow through with it, anyone committing voter fraud will spend a minimum of 10 years in jail
My philosophy as well. Instead of pursuing more dollars, reclaim your time. I'm not going to be a serf to some low-life street thugs.
Maybe the thing to do is to actually have all Trump Republicans register as Democrats and destroy them from the inside?

A little harsher than what I've been telling my wife all morning. Need to investigate, prosecute, convict if guilty and imprison ANYONE involved in vote fraud. No mercy. We can NOT have the integrity of the election destroyed. It WILL lead to violence (i.e. civil war). How stupid.
We have had many incidents of vote fraud in the past and have occasionally thrown out results in local elections but the vote has always stood in national elections regardless of how obvious and even admitted has been the vote fraud.Biden said it was going to happen and so did many of the top Democrats, obliquely but definitely.
I’m more worried about digital balloting then having a paper trail. I think votes can be changed more easily and the evidence hidden when it is electronic. That has always been my fear.
Elections aren’t the only institution that rotten.
They are an essential part of selling the public the myth of self-governance. Reality is, there is nothing you can do about it.
Myth that the press is objective.
Myth that justice is blind and even.
Myth that Congress works to advance national interests over those of other nations.
We are chattel to the globalisits. They keep us happy, we keep them happy.

Because both sides WON’T agree to it. The only way the democrats could win is by stealing the election.
It’s about power, they lust after it, and they want to use it to subjugate and erase us.

A new vote will not happen because that would lead to election integrity. This is about raw power, not fairness, not justice.
The left’s lack of integrity is on full display. If they get away with this and it appears they will, there will be no limits.
We are no longer the United States because we are not united. There is no union. How does the country survive, moving forward?
We gotta fix this,
