What is this video I am seeing that if you use a sharpie, it won't register in the machine?

Friend at work (AZ), said they gave her a sharpie, said it was all they had.

Is this accurate?

Yes.
I was working the pools in AZ.
We had black pens for vote in during early vote all the way until the election day. Kind of slow for filling in the ovals, but worked OK.
On election day suddenly we got sharpies! (only)
Ballot has two sides, sharpies soaked thru.
Major disaster!
At minimum 100% incompetence of the high ups!

Second problem, marijuana legislation proposition. That definitely passed. It drew in crown of druggies!
Bunch of kids trying to show “medical marihuana pass” as an ID! Since they were zombies, they voted for their zombie candidate.
AZ also passed highest tax increase (almost doubling), tax on “rich”. Forget moving to AZ! We may be moving out!
