There’s the problem - timing. Perhaps the rules should be changed in all states: if you want to use a mail-in ballot, it should be returned one week before the general election. If you cannot get it postmarked by that date, you must vote in person on Election Day and bring the ballot with you.

There’s lots of potential solutions...problem is the Democrats, apparently still the majority in this country, won’t go for any solution that will prevent them from cheating.
