Biden would need o win 2/3 of the outstanding vote to win GA. Not very likely.

Only 31% in from DeKalb County, Georgia:
Biden - 102,612 (81.9%)
Trump - 21,034 (16.8%)

At 81.9% Biden vote, it might be very likely, unfortunately.

Supposed those votes are early votes, the same percentages won’t apply to election day votes.
