I doubt this. Macomb County is red this year, with or without IBEW voters.
The stock market yesterday and today is acting like a Trump victory. Small caps, industrial, metals... leading the way. Some big money is rolling in to beat the rush tomorrow. Today, towards the close of the market, if there start being tells, the market could have a melt up.
