Okay, this is a little weird. As of 2 p.m, total turnout in Fairfax County, massive Democratic-leaning stronghold (62% HRC), is 67.1 percent. The total turnout in 2016 was 82.5 percent. (Sigh) Yes, everyone the 67.1 percent figure includes the early voting.
Fortunately he’s in Philly, which is of course the biggest Dem stronghold.
