Because...everyone have been home from work, and didn’t have the time to send in their ballot???
Covid shouldn’t have delayed ballots...it should have sped up the process.
People are home, off work, with plenty of time on their hands. What are they doing besides? Vacationing?
Or, like me, they didn't trust mailing in the ballot.
