The order is from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) which has legal authority to do so. The headline is inaccurate.
So....4th Amendment violations of the State requiring me to provide ID when I’ve broken no law or has reasonable suspicion I will, along with tracking my travel - again without just cause.
