Nobody has ever called him “Pennsylvania’s Third Senator.” I’ve never heard it and I’ve lived in Pennsylvania all of my life. It’s another one of his fantasy stories that have no basis in fact.
I can’t think of anyone in Pennsylvania who’d want to claim him as their senator.
The video is “doctored”. St. Joseph of Delaware is perfect. He does not make gaffes. He is sharp as a tack and does not have any issues. The Republicans are just trying to “discredit him”.

Well in all fairness we Pennsylvanians keep returning that mental-giant Bobby Casey to the senate every 6 years. I put him somewhere between the IQ's of Joe Biden and Maize Hirono.

Yes. Seems he not only has sundowner’s syndrome, but now also has sunupper’s syndrome.
I watch Biden do this little “jig” trot whenever he’s on the move...and have concluded that he is wobbly if he tries to maintain a nice even gait.
