I'm just following Polya's principle that when faced with a complicated problem solve any part of it that you can then look at the problem again.

I really don't think that every single FBI agent is corrupt.

I prefer Alexander’s method with the Gordian Knot...Just slice the thing in two and be done with it.

Not every agent is corrupt but every agent has been brushed with corruption. How long have we been waiting for one of Hannitys “ethical, hard working” agents to come forward?
No, the only course is to get rid of them all and use a Law enforcement system that is currently active and part of the DOJ and based not in D.C. but in Kansas City, far from the swamp.
