I am wondering what states from 2016 will go to Biden that Hillary couldn’t get. Or what state will Trump pick up he did not get in 2016. Looks like Minnesota and New Hampshire are most likely pickup. For Biden I would say I wouldn’t bet on any pickups if he needs to convince Michigan and Pennsylvania that the end of oil industry is good fit their states. Perhaps Wisconsin could be a pickup but riots there didn’t help Biden.
