I have a friend who up until recently didn’t care about guns and wasn’t allowed by his wife to keep any anyway.

Now he has 2 shotguns, a pistol and a ‘gun’ that shoots balls of tear gas. His neighbors are also loaded up and have met for neighborhood protection. He lives in a SW suburb of the Denver area. He’s looking for a home in small outlying towns far from any big city as he has watched Democrats ruin the Denver metro area and he knows things will only get worse.

We live in Monument south of Denver where there are no Biden signs...tell him to look out in the country down here. Among all of my guns and reloading equipment, I have a .45-70 that will penetrate 8 inches of hardwood at 2 miles...we are prepared!!!!!

My niece and her husband sold their home which is little over an hour from Detroit out in a small town a few months back. Sold in 12 hours with 8 bids higher than asking price.

Buyers were millennial couple from downtown Detroit who say they can now work from home.
