Detroit officials project 50% voter turnout and fewer absentee ballots than expected
Detroit election officials are projecting 50% voter turnout in the city of Detroit, higher than in 2016, but lower than in 2012 and 2008 when Barack Obama's candidacy drew high voter participation.
And the number of absentee ballots the city is expecting is now lower than officials had estimated earlier this month.

There is the argument that blacks historically don't trust voting by mail. Somewhat specious given the historic push by Democrats to vote by mail. There is more going on, simply Biden's candidacy is not exactly setting the world on fire.
On the other hand, whites without college are crushing their historic averages. Everywhere.
It doesn't take much for a data scientist to draw a conclusion from this.

Did we have the COVID hysteria in 2016? How about the huge number of mail in ballots?
The Democrats, the MSM, and social media are going all in on propaganda and fraud.
If voter turnout from Detroit is 50%, that would be up from 48% in 2016.
Is 50% more though with population decreasing?
The virus hysteria is just keeping Democrats home. The Republicans are matching early voting with the mail in votes. Trump faced just as much hostility and fraud as he did in 2016, but now he is the President and has expanded his base with new voters. 3 rust belt states cannot count ballots after election day, MN, WI, and MI! We win those and hold our 2016 States we win-period.
Then we need the same "higher than 2016" or more in the other parts of Michigan.

If Trump could get 15% of a lower than expected Black vote he could deal a real blow to Biden & the Democrats. I would imagine that if Trump wins MI John James would do so as well. I just pray Trump wins & has some real coat tails.
I have heard that the Democrats have a very poor GOTV plan for election day. They relied heavily on early mail in & absentee ballots. Now they seem to have no door knocking or busing to the polls as they normally do, COVID don’t ya know.
They don’t even hold rally’s. Just weird car lot yelling programs.
