Thursday on Fox Business Network’s “Lou Dobbs Tonight,” House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) speculated on what the future may have in store for Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden should he win on November 3.
McCarthy said, given the developing stories regarding Hunter Biden, son of Joe Biden, it was unclear if Biden could remain in office and if that might mean Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), the Democratic vice-presidential nominee, eventually assuming the office of the presidency.

The Republicans are not challenging her because they want to run ineligible candidates too, same as with the Kenyan from Indonesia.
Rubio, Jindal and Cruz have already run while ineligible, Haley and George P. Bush are waiting in the wings.

First off, you’d have to win the house first.
Second, you’d need to keep the Senate.
Third (AND MOST IMPORTANT) doing so would make K.Harris the President

There are no Presidential elections in the Constitution, no "ballots".
Interestingly Nancy only falsely certified Obama to Hawaii. she omitted that language on every other state’s nomination form.

Yes, I’m not sure what McCarthy’s talking about other than the possibility of an impeachment. If Biden wins, my bet is Republicans will take back the House in 2022, and Republicans should sure as hell impeach Biden if they do, if for no other reason than retaliation for the Trump impeachment. But there are probably only 2 Senate seats Republicans can realistically pick up in 2022, so there’s not much chance they’ll ever have the votes to remove him unless some Senators want to see President Harris.
Of course, all of this is probably purely academic. If Biden wins, I think he resigns before 2022 anyway.
