This was probably someone’s idea to make Natalie (poor thing) go with him, so that we call could conclude that he’s not some kind of pedo, after all, and she is fine after having been victimized by Hunter, after all.
I bet she would rather be anywhere than with him.

They probably need to keep Natalie under Secret Service Protection during the final days, so she can not communicate freely, and she is physically separated from “Unca” Hunter.
