No not always
He will have more lattitude to side with liberals because hes not the decider
So if hes been blackmailed they’ll demand his dissent
To show hes evolved

Pretty good day considering Schumer called it the darkest day in our history.
And it's not even WINTER yet!

That was what I had heard to, but
Senate.Gov says 53-46 with Kamala Harri not voting.

You’re looking at a vote on the ruling of the chair that was taken shortly after 5 p.m. On confirmation, Collins voted “NO”, saying it was too close to the election date as her reasoning (however faulty it is).

...If Roberts sides with the minority on a 5-4 vote, Justice Thomas determines who writes the opinion... I heard the same.
I have also heard that Thomas wants to write a 2A opinion. Would Roberts be such a clown as to join with one just to assign it to someone else? Or would the 5 conservatives insist on a really strong decision so as to force Roberts into a dissent and Thomas could assign it to himself?

No, she is always better then the Democrat.

I agree. Would rather have her than a democrat, even if she votes with them. We need the majority!
