I guess that is correct given the literal translation of the words.
But in a legal context it means that if you are charged with a crime, they must prove why they are charging you ( example: if you are charged with murder they must ‘produce the body’ to show valid reason for you to be charged)
Hunter has not been charged with the crime for which we already have the body. But he needs to be.
