A rare Van song with a political component. Liked the shot at the Imperial college. Did not like the quivering in his voice at the end. But overall a good song.

I wonder though, if van was motivated because he is off the road and not doing any of his highly overpriced concerts.

And I say that not as a knock, I have seen Van perform 9 times over the years, the first in 1972. But the ticket prices are now way overpriced (IMHO).
