There’s a lot of us that advocate mask wearing, but respect it’s a personal choice.
I advocate everyone over 65 in an enclosed public space wear a mask. Better, avoid enclosed public spaces as much as possible.
And thoroughly wash your hands every time you enter your house.
Then these silly governments can end all lockdowns and mandates completely.
The left has now made facemasks a symbol of leftist virtue. The health aspects no longer has any epidemiological meaning to them.
I’m 70. I don’t wear a mask unless I can’t get away without one. I play in our church worship group Two or three times a week. . I don’t wear a mask. No one does.
A mask can pick up virons that would normally go into your mouth and be immediately expelled. If they get on your mask they are going to hang around and be breathed in and out all day until they attach themselves to your lungs. And the mask will pick up more and more virons if you are around more people.
People who wear masks all day are more likely to get infected by people who don’t. 80% of Covid cases are found on people who religiously wear them. Do the math.
Wear it if you want. But treat it like medical waste if you do. Change it after every contact with another human being. And burn it. It’s medical waste.
