I took the “least racist person in the room” to be a backhanded slap to the moderator, who seemed to me at times to have a chip on her shoulder about race by presumptions inherent in some of her leading questions.
Wasn’t Biden the one who said that Obama was “clean and articulate “? Imagine the field day the media would’ve had if a Republican had said that-“dog whistle “ doesn’t even come close!
“I’m the least racist person on this stage” would’ve been turned Trump’s defense to offense. Pointing out his record v ‘you ain’t black if you ain’t on crack’ Biden’s on the issue (as he did) for the win.

Jackson once said he considers Trump his “friend.” There was a slide gallery on the internet last year “The Trump You Never Knew: Early years Before He Was President.” Many of the people were black.
Dem. President Lyndon B. Johnson “routinely used the n word” nearly daily according to at least three biographers. The day of the July, 1967 black Detroit Riots he held his hands to his head in the Oval Office and said aloud “ The n-———s, the n————s, why did they do this to me?”

My MOM and DAD would have beat my ass if I ever did or talked crap to a Police Officer.
The one time my brother and I got taken home by the police and delivered to my MOM, I heard the cops talking while they walked away, one officer said to the other “I think those kids would have rather stayed with us and gone to jail”.
That was after my Mother described in front of them what we were in for when the door closed (she was a single divorced mother at the time).
The Police Officer was absolutely right, me and my brother would have rather done time than take the punishment we were in for.
