Positive, if a little slow.

"Might does not make right," Schumer told Republicans of their decision to move forward. Perhaps Chuck-U should be reminded of Odumbocare, which was rammed through by a one-vote Democrat majority with no Republican votes at all.

“”Let’s get on with it. Let’s do our jobs,” said McConnell, while hitting Democrats for efforts to undercut Barrett and previous GOP nominees. “We will give this nominee the vote she deserves no later than Monday.””
It’s good to see Cocaine Mitch earning his salary.

Maybe Schmuck Chumer’s name should be spelled Choomer. It would explain a lot about his perception of the world in recent years.

"Might does not make right," Schumer told Republicans of their decision to move forward. Chuck's reminding us that what does make right is that the Democrats are always right. As usual.

Might does not make right.
Thats rich coming from Democrats who changed the 60 vote requirement, who want to abolish the Electoral College, who pushed to have senators elected by popular vote, who used vote shenanigans to pass Obamacare, who destroyed impeachment protocol based solely on party vote, and who have been pushing mob violence this summer and threatening more next month. Might has been a handy tool for Democrats for a long time.

Assuming Barrett is confirmed on Monday, and assuming Kavanaugh and Gorsuch actually vote conservative, and assuming Clarence Thomas doesn’t decide to retire, the SC will finally have a conservative majority. Roberts is clearly determined to vote with the liberals on every major case and a number of minor cases.

Ten bucks says that Chuck U will continue to try to obstruct the vote somehow. I know nothing about Senate rules so I don't know if it's possible that he could succeed.IIRC if there aren't 50 Senators in the chamber then they can't have a vote.Besides Mittens,Collins and Murkowski which Republican(s) could the Rats convince...perhaps through blackmail...not to show up?
