In the 2008 election the media and the entire left-wing started talking don the economy. McCain never stood a chance, and it was probably the most unbearable loss I'd ever witnessed.

I know we don't ever have the MSM on our side, but social media is a very valuable weapon. It would be nice to see Biden totally crash and burn right away.

The McCain (and Romney) disasters were totally the Republicans fault.

It is _critical_ that the nominee have the full and very enthusiastic support of the party base—otherwise you are toast.
