Because the FBI is the Swamp. After everything they did to try to get rid of Donald Trump, you are still wondering why they did not move on this? They are utterly political at this point. They need to be disbanded.
Just like China the FBI/deep state wants Biden so they can blackmail him. The FBI already knew all this...they use it to control politicians.
This was the other part of spying on trump. Since he came to the scene out of nowhere...they had no dirt on him. That’s why they were willing to spy on him for Hillary. They wanted to get dirt. But they found out there is no dirt! So they had to lie.
