North Carolina can accept absentee ballots that are postmarked by Election Day for more than a week afterward, a federal appeals court ruled Tuesday.
The 4th Circuit Court of Appeals declined to block an extension for accepting the ballots that was announced in late September. The State Board of Elections decided then that absentee ballots could be accepted until Nov. 12 as long as they were mailed by Election Day, lengthening the timeframe from three to nine days. The change was made as part of a legal settlement with voting rights advocates.

Something else to keep in mind:
Is it not true that some (all?) of the Democrat-controlled critical vote fraud swing states (NC, MI, PA, WI) have already announced that they will report NO RESULTS on Election Night? Because if they did, a little simple math would enable anyone to see what happened to the totals AFTER Election Night and would easily reveal the scope of the fraud.

Speaking from personal experience with a family member an absentee ballot in NC mail took one week (7 days) to get to the county board of elections this year.
We all react as though putting Barrett on the SC is going to suddenly make all conservative wishes come true. If we paid attention, we would have learned in spades that her allegiance is to the Constitution, not to policy. That is what I want in a Justice, all I want, and all I could ask for. At the same time, I have to accept that there are going to be times when she finds that the conservative policy in question is not upheld by the law and the Constitution.

totally agree with you. But just like Voter ID - which was passed by NC Legislature and then thrown out by the courts - saying it was stifling votes - I suppose they are saying the same thing this year.

And there is NO Question that US Postal Worker (Unionized Labor Activists) will take home their HAND postmark stampers which can be re-set to Nov. 3 and postmark away for days.
NOTE TO THE POSTAL INSPECTORS— monitor the hand postmarkers— inventory them daily.
VERY IMPORTANT: Also— make sure the AUTO SORTING Machines do not put in a NEW programmed postmark date— different than the visible bar code the sorter puts on it— the flourescent dyed postmark/sort code (make sure it is not set on Nov 3rd— beyond the NOV 3rd date).
This is massive and FEDERAL Fraud for any—— ANY Postmaster to 1.) allow 2.) not report 3.) enable, and for the workers doing this (and damaging,hiding, throwing out real witnessed NC Ballots— major CRIMINAL ACT).
DEFINE: “Postmark”
IF the postmark is made by the linear sorting machine on selected runs of BALLOTS only-— there is a printed barcode on the ballots for the sorter/postmarker. The “run” includes
the imprint of a postmark in flourescent dye (invisible)— that encodes the postmark “date”.
There HAS to be a security lockout on the computer artificially changing the flourescent dye DATE of Postmark.— WHO would POLICE this? Not the highly political Postmasters— hell no! The Postal Inspectors and deputized US Marshals (as such) would have the power to STOP this fraud.
The next appeal is in the hands of National Repubs and President Trumps attorneys-— to SCOTUS.. next week. The demo gang at work to try and prevent a correct quorum of Justices— if you catch my drift. Prayers and Vigilance.
I have read that prepaid mail is not always postmarked. Ballots are prepaid mail.
What about private postmarks?
The courts should not be able to OVERTURN state election laws!! What are the states election laws??? If the election laws do not allow extended time the SCOTUS can step in and halt it!!
