This is an important point and if Patriots are to retain the right to assemble, they need to employ mitigation to these types of tactics. A rear counter move would be a pincer tactic from the rear.

No one wants to consider violence when attempting to assemble, but what’s the enemy doing? Being bludgeoned into submission isn’t a good success plan.
