Biden raised record $383M in September; Trump $248M

The presidential campaign of former Vice President Joe Biden raised a record $383 million for the month of September -- topping the Trump campaign's haul by $135 million.

Biden's campaign announced the giant figure late Wednesday, which surpassed even the $364 million it raised in August -- which had also set a record for the most money ever raised by a candidate in a single month.

"To every person who chipped in a few dollars last month -- thank you," Biden tweeted. "I'm incredibly humbled."

Re-election communications director Tim Murtaugh tweeted Thursday that President Donald Trump's campaign raised $248 million for the month.

Trump's total was $37 million more than its August haul.

By comparison, Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton raised $154 million in September 2016.

Biden's campaign said it has $432 million in cash on hand compared to $251 million for Trump's.

Biden's campaign also outraised Trump's by $150 million in August, which occurred shortly after he announced that California Sen. Kamala Harris would join him on the Democratic ticket.

The Democratic challenger has used some of the money to buy television ads in Republican-strong states like Texas, Nebraska and Iowa.

ActBlue, the Democratic Party's payment system, handled $1.5 billion in the third quarter, including $758 million in September alone, signaling a flood of donations at the grassroots level.

The Republican system, WinRed, processed $623 million for the quarter.

Trump has repeatedly stated that he will throw his own money in if necessary but so far is not needed - he has plenty.

They also left out the 200 million McCarthy raised for the House.

"Biden raised record $383M in September"

How much of that comes, through money laundering, from Joe's ChiComs handlers?

Hillary outspent Trump by 2:1 in 2016.

Folks, do not be disconcerted. Hillary outspent Trump by tons in 2016. Trump addressed the money disparity at the rally last, essentially saying that his father taught him to be efficient and get a value for the dollar. Extra money need not be spent if it is not needed. Read that as confidence.

Jeff Bexos, Mark Zuckerberg, George Soros, Mark Cuban just to name a few wealthy donors for the Democrats.

Trump just needs to spend enough money in 8 battleground states. I bet Biden will waste money in states he won’t win such as Georgia and Texas.

"To every person who chipped in a few dollars last month -- thank you," Biden tweeted. "I'm incredibly humbled."

This is classic misdirection. They were talking about this on Fox News this week. Apparently, the lion's share has come in huge chunks from Wall Street. The big firms want to be able to go back to exporting U.S. jobs overseas where they can pay pittance wages.

The Fox News analysts were suggesting that the election was pitting Wall Street against Main Street.

That's right. Although I don't necessarily agree with how Trump was spending some ad dollars in PA. This morning I was listening the local conservative talk radio station and the Trump Campaign, not a PAC, was running ads at every break. No need to have ads directed to people listening to conservative talk radio - they are already on board.
