The Republican National Committee (RNC) on Friday filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) alleging that the censorship of the New York Post article about Hunter Biden’s overseas business dealings and former Vice President Joe Biden’s alleged knowledge of those dealings amounts to an “illegal corporate in-kind political contribution” to the Biden campaign, Fox News has learned.
The complaint, filed by the RNC on Friday and obtained exclusively by Fox News, states that the RNC “believes that Twitter has violated FECA and the Commission’s Regulations by making corporate in-kind contributions to Biden for President.”
The RNC, in its complaint, said Twitter “is a partisan actor, run by partisan Democrats” and is “using its corporate resources to provide active support for Joe Biden’s campaign in violation of federal law,” and demanded the FEC “conduct an immediate investigation” into Twitter’s “illegal in-kind contributions to the Biden campaign,” and “impose the maximum penalty allowed under the law.”

That’s a start. Now revoke their immunity under section 230.
Now do ABC for their “town hall” donation.
The FEC will get around to addressing this sometime around July, 2025.
Section 230 is no defense against this.
They have been working with Democrats and planning every step of the way since the last election was called.

In 2022, the FEC will fine Twitter $100.
They will have no defense once somebody looks behind the curtain - there is *no* way that an algorithm could behave the way this string of censorship occurred without human direction +/- intervention particularly when investigating the censorship of “.gov” hosted content.
Twitter will pay the fine in Zimbabwe currency as a protest against white supremacy!

Agree, I’m surprised they noticed what’s going on.
Next step is to go to a friendly court and get an INJUNCTION against this crap. It doesn’t do Trump any good to have bragging rights 2 months from now (with a positive FEC ruling), if he’s packing up his stuff in the White House.
At this point, seize their assets (networks) for treasonous collusion with one ot more enemy state’s
One thing I do not understand about this scandal... if Hunter is allegedly made millions of dollars for influence peddling... why is he dropping off his computer for repairs? Can’t he buy a brand new one and migrate the files? Is he truly that stupid?
And the FEC can do either civil or criminal
I have a loss of hearing in a range that includes my wife’s voice... have not seen the need for a hearing aid (married 50 years, perhaps that is why ;-)
Then they will censor with no consequences
While the GOP is at it, why not invoke the equal time doctrine against late night show hosts. I’ve seen a bazillion Democrats on those shows talking politics and not one Republican.
