Did Rudy have it in December? I thought the FBI seized it, but the shop guy made a copy. I thought Rudy got it later.
Also, I wonder if Rudy thought the FBI was going to do something about it, and so his promises that something big was coming out. Then, when nothing happened, he thought the only way it was going to get out would be if he released it himself.
FBI got it in December 2019. Not sure when Rudi got the copy of hard-drive. I know the computer guy said he was disgusted with impeachment of President and contacted Mike Lee, who said nothing, and also Rudi via Steve Bannon.
I did find this on another website. Seems like Rudi sat on this for 10months.

Months later, somehow, former Trump adviser Steve Bannon (who was indicted on fraud charges in August) learned of the hard drive and told the Post. Finally, Giuliani provided the hard drive to the New York Post last Sunday, after having apparently kept it under wraps for about 10 months.
