The FBI seems to be taking the position that investigating a political candidate would be improper. But they destroyed that philosophy with the Russia hoax. The only way to regain their integrity is to investigate actual criminal activity, whether it involves a candidate or not.

It is gone.
It is time to stop pretending otherwise.
Move the HQ to Topeka--no DC employees of higher rank than janitors allowed to make the move.
