There is a steady, but inexorable decline in the quality of Democrat presidential candidates since Carter.
It went from Carter to Mondale to Dukakis to Bill Clinton to Gore to Kerry to Obama to Hillary to Biden. Each one worse than the previous. Just when you thought they couldn't do worse than Obama, they pick Hillary. Then you think, well THAT has to be rock bottom, then come up with Biden. It's uncanny.

That’s plural because since Biden is unlikely to finish out the first year of his term, people are actually voting for two presidents if they vote dem.

Biden was clearly reading every response he gave last night—and his handlers are getting away with it. Not sure if they had teleprompters off camera or he was using contact lens teleprompters, but Joe wasn’t forming an original response all evening.
