The Federal “law enforcement authority” responsible for prosecuting any criminal activity associated with the contents of this information has had it in their possession for almost a year. Releasing “evidence of a crime” at this point is a waste of time.
The end goal here isn’t the prosecution of crimes. It’s the eradication of entire criminal enterprises — from the Biden family to the FBI to their entire U.S. Dept. of Justice. You don’t accomplish that by dumping all your evidence on the table at one time.
...that’s a battle plan not a succinct reason.

Classic battle strategy is to lure your enemy into a trap. When strong, appear weak. You never reveal all your forces up front.
My guess? They either need to run the traps on some parts to confirm their accuracy and/or it is a political choice to make the real bad stuff come out closer to election day (even though several states have already started early voting )

My son has been a liberal since college, and talking politics with him or my DIL started a big fight. Now, he’s caught on without our help (both have degrees, him in Astronomy and Physics and her in Pre-Med). He’s sending us articles he’s found about voting fraud and the Biden’s. Don’t be too sure the corner hasn’t been turned. I have hope the truth coming out will change a lot of people’s minds.

I think because he’s laying out the case. He’s a prosecutor, so that’s how his mind works. Plus it makes it clear to the audience what went on.

But Guiliani does not have the emails or control of them, he is promising stuff as in “Trust Me”. This is not good, either produce them or shut up. Guiliani is a blowhard that likes to hear himself talk and gets ahead of things. What in the world is he out there talking about stuff that he cannot or has not produced?!

If you haven’t figured this out yet ... a lot of good Freepers have been banished and self-exiled over the years, and what is left is filled with a disproportionate number of whining malcontents. That is all.
Guiliani is not releasing them because as he told Tucker Carlson last night, HE DOES NOT HAVE THEM.
Because during an election season “it” is not about truth or justice. It is about “owning” the news cycle.
If Rudy dumped this all at once, it would be a story for a cycle. Then we would have moved on to the Sasse story today. That is not how you win elections.
By releasing it by dribs and drabs, you deal with the “news”, then the “counter punch”, and then you release some more to deal with the counter and add more to the story.
Remember, the target of these releases are NOT the people on FR—99.95% who are steady Trump supporters. The target is the mildly enthusiastic Biden Supporters who might be turned off by this—and who might just stay home because of it.
I seriously doubt if there are any undecided voters out there. This is all about legal voter turnout suppression for whatever reason.
