I hope that Trump tones down the rhetoric on NBC tonight. He has to appear like a statesman and avoid bombastic name calling. It may be appropriate for rallies and even individual interviews (like with Varney this morning when he went after both Biden and Chris Wallace [Varney again had to follow company policy and defend Wallass]). But for a large portion of the population who don’t listen to Fox or internet RSBN for his rallies, he can’t appear to be the ogre the MSM always make him out to be.

(Now I will duck for cover)

You are surely entitled to your opinion.

And I get it, Trump is an acquired taste that does not sit well with everyone.

But he is also an extremely self-confident 74-year old. Sure as I am sitting here you are not going to change him.

You’ve just gotta let Trump be Trump.

I agree with that. Rallies are one thing, but town hall should be handled different.
