Vadym Pozharskyi's contacts with USAID flagged for U.S. ambassador in 2016.
The Burisma Holdings executive who reportedly met with Joe Biden and his son Hunter in 2015 subsequently pitched the Obama administration's foreign aid agency for business a year later, even as the Ukrainian gas company remained under a cloud of corruption suspicion, according to State Department memos obtained by Just the News.
The November 2016 meeting between Burisma's Vadym Pozharskyi and USAID officials came as the Ukrainian gas firm where Hunter Biden worked as a highly compensated board member was scrambling to settle corruption allegations in Ukraine before Donald Trump became president and Joe Biden left office, according to the memos released under the Freedom of Information Act.
Pozharskyi's contact with USAID officials was flagged in a Dec. 8, 2016 memo to U.S. Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch, then the top American diplomat in Ukraine, as she prepared herself to meet with representatives of a Democratic firm named Blue Star Strategies that was leading Burisma's campaign to end the corruption probes in Ukraine.
Under the heading "WATCH OUT FOR," Yovanovitch's team recounted to the ambassador how Burisma had previously participated in a clean energy program with USAID before the embassy canceled the partnership because of the firm's reputation for corruption.
"Subsequently, USAID spoke to Blue Star Strategies representative Sally Painter by phone and indicated that we would be open to discussing other forms of cooperation between USAID and Burisma and agreed to meet with Burisma government and public affairs representative Vadym Pozharskyi," the memo read.
"In the November meeting, Pozharskyi briefed USAID on Burisma and the gas sector more broadly but did not propose specific ideas for cooperation," the memo stated.

File VadymKent.pdf The memo prepared Yovanovitch for a meeting with Blue Star Strategies official Karen Tramontano, a Democrat-connected American lawyer who helped lead a year-long campaign to clear Burisma of corruption allegations.
"Tramontano informally represents Mykola Zlochevsky, the Burisma CEO who has long been the target of law enforcement proceedings in Ukraine," the memo told the ambassador.
Both the USAID meeting with Pozharskyi and the embassy's meeting with Tramontano were remarkable given the deep concern State Department officials working in Ukraine held about Burisma and its alleged corrupt practices.
Those officials reported in February 2015 to the FBI that they had gathered evidence that Burisma had paid a $7 million bribe to Ukrainian prosecutors in an effort to make the corruption probes go away, previously released memos show. The U.S. officials also reported they believed Burisma had paid a second bribe in December 2016 by dumping cheap gas on the market and letting Ukrainian government officials buy it low and sell it high, memos show.

Those officials also canceled a partnership that Burisma had struck with USAID in 2014, fearful that being associated with the gas firm would tarnish the Obama administration's anti-corruption efforts in Ukraine.

Former U.S. Deputy Chief of Mission George Kent testified to the Senate recently that he believed Vice President Joe Biden created the appearance of a conflict of interest that undercut U.S. policy in Ukraine by continuing to preside over the U.S. anti-corruption efforts in Ukraine while his son worked for a firm under corruption investigation in the country.
Burisma's own public relations site contains pictures and press releases showing Pozharskyi meeting with USAID officials as early as 2015 and meeting with Yovanovitch in both April 2017 and again in November 2017.
Pozharskyi burst into the public earlier Wednesday in a headline-grabbing story by the New York Post that claimed emails recovered from a laptop purportedly belonging to Hunter Biden suggested that the Burisma official met with Vice President Joe Biden in April 2015.
Biden's campaign, which has previously denied the Democratic presidential nominee had any contact with his son's business, did not directly deny a meeting took place, instead saying there was no record of it on the vice president's official schedule.
Just the News has been unable to confirm the authenticity of the emails cited by the New York Post. But the State Department memos obtained under a FOIA lawsuit at least confirm Pozharskyi met with Obama administration officials at a time when the company he and Hunter Biden worked for remained under corruption investigation.
And those meetings were controversial enough that they were briefed to America's top diplomat in Ukraine, the memos released under FOIA show.

In late March 2009, Vice President Joe Biden landed in Costa Rica aboard Air Force Two, and went to the Costa Rican presidential palace for a one-on-one with President Oscar Arias. The Biden visit had symbolic significance. The last time a high-ranking American official had visited the country was back in 1997, when Bill Clinton had come.
Joe Biden’s trip to Costa Rica came at a fortuitous time for his brother Frank, who was busy working deals in the country. Just months after Vice President Biden’s visit, in August, Costa Rica News announced a new multilateral partnership “to reform Real Estate in Latin America” among Frank Biden, a developer named Craig Williamson, and the Guanacaste Country Club, a newly planned resort. The partnership, which appears to be ongoing, was wrapped in a beautiful package as a “call on resources available to the companies and individuals to reform the social, economic and environmental practices of real estate developers across the world by example.”
In real terms, Frank’s dream was to build in the jungles of Costa Rica thousands of homes, a world-class golf course, casinos, and an anti-aging center. The Costa Rican government was eager to cooperate with the vice president’s brother.
As it happened, Joe Biden had been asked by President Obama to act as the administration’s point man in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Frank’s vision for a country club in Costa Rica received support from the highest levels of the Costa Rican government — despite his lack of experience in building such developments. He met with the Costa Rican ministers of education and energy and environment, as well as the president of the country.
On Oct. 4, 2016, the Costa Rican Ministry of Public Education signed a letter of intent with Frank’s company, Sun Fund Americas. The project involved allowing a company called GoSolar to operate solar power facilities in Costa Rica. The previous year, the Obama-Biden administration’s OPIC had authorized a $6.5 million taxpayer-backed loan for the project.
In June 2014, Vice President Biden announced the launch of the Caribbean Energy Security Initiative (CESI). The program called for increasing access to financing for Caribbean energy projects that he strongly supported. American taxpayer dollars were dedicated to facilitating deals that matched US government financing with local energy projects in Caribbean countries, including Jamaica. In January 2015, USAID announced that it would be spending $10 million to boost renewable energy projects in Jamaica over the next five years.
After Joe Biden brought together leaders for CESI, brother Frank’s firm Sun Fund Americas announced that it was “engaged in projects and is in negotiations with governments of other countries in the [Caribbean] region for both its Solar and Waste to Energy development services.” As if to push the idea along, the Obama administration’s OPIC provided a $47.5 million loan to support the construction of a 20-megawatt solar facility in Clarendon, Jamaica.
Frank Biden’s Sun Fund Americas later announced that it had signed a power purchase agreement to build a 20-megawatt solar facility in Jamaica.

My take..... President Trump’s special envoy, commonly denigrated to merely the President’s attorney, Rudy Giuliani, made at least three trips to the Ukraine where he met with the current President Volodymyr Zelensky and others dedicated to wiping out corruption.
Rudy returned with all the evidence for the Ukrainian trial and the October Biden destruction.
When the media fact checkers conclude the Hunter scandal is a hoax, the Ukrainian data machine will begin to crank out document after document, e mail after email, fact after fact
One might ask.....why don’t you produce American evidence? The reason the corrupt acts took place abroad is for the very reason that there would be no producable evidence adequate for conviction
Stunning how the government of the United States likely has thousands of underlings who copy/file away/see/read/know about untold amounts of crime committed by the higher up “untouchables”, yet simply go about their daily affairs as if nothing nefarious is happening.
Each time a new administration takes over, and the political party in charge at the moment plugs in their guy at the top, the departments continue to be staffed by the same drones as before. Automatically, it seems, the unspoken directives always protect Democrat operatives, no matter if the guy/gal at the top is GOP or Dem.
FOIA requests show up and these guys/gals reach their hand into this or that stack of criminal evidence holders, and simply go on about their business as if nothing terrible and corrupting keeps right on living in their midst. These government issue drones are nothing but trained monkeys simply performing the tricks they have been taught. There is no awareness of conscience.
There is no telling how many government drones are intimately knowledgeable of criminal activity, and such knowledge would likely cover activities of well over 50% of members of both parties.
And, the protected know they are protected.

Most of them are controlled right now by flashy, entertaining, emotion-evoking propaganda from the voices of the cult of personality on TV, radio and the ever more stupid Internet broadcasts, not to mention the conspiracy theories.
The left owns electronic media, and that was facilitated long ago by pushing straight, white men out of jobs.
