Pelosi’s 25th Amendment “play” has NO force of Constitutional law.

Rubber... Patriotic rubber needs to meet the road in the immediate confirmation of Barett. This will go to Supreme Court in the advent of the reality of a demented, criminal candidate from a criminal supported party— not being able to complete the candidacy.

The Constitution is clear on the chain of events. It will not be Pelosi (try as hard as he pancake tittie makeup— it will not happen for Madam Mussolini of Baltimore-nee’ D’Alessandro).

I believe is does, as written in the 25th Amendment. If the new VP (Harris) and Pelosi's new committee deem Joe incapable, he's gone (as may have previously been suggested.....Joe, you're a placeholder)

Or not. Joe may finally realize they're serious about this 'placeholder' role and he prefers not to go down in history with a stain such as this.
