Maybe not. Here's one provision of the 14th Amendment that might apply:
... nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
If a plaintiff in a Federal case can present a compelling case that an unborn child is a person, then the 14th Amendment would outlaw abortion in all cases regardless of what any state law says.

Equality among men was a clearly stated aspiration of the Declaration of Independence. Unfortunately the Founders recognized that compromises had to be made if we were to become and maintain our nation. Realization of the aspiration would have to come later.
Rowe v. Wade is a perversion of the law. It enjoys no support by our founding documents and is not analogous to the question of whether a man can be a freeman. The two are not alike.
