As soon as they turned the second debate into a stupid "virtual debate" I predicted that President Trump would be in Miami that night to hold a campaign event of some kind.
This scenario actually works better than a rally. The Trump campaign can spin it as the Town Hall Debate that Biden was too scared to attend.
