By Rebecca Shabad WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump on Tuesday mocked Dr. Anthony Fauci’s pitching arm and the predictions he has made about the coronavirus pandemic.
Trump posted the comment on Twitter when he retweeted a story about Fauci saying he was taken out of context in a new Trump campaign ad.
“Actually, Tony’s pitching arm is far more accurate than his prognostications. 'No problem, no masks'." Trump wrote. "WHO no longer likes Lockdowns - just came out against. Trump was right. We saved 2,000,000 USA lives!!!”

You have to follow what the scientists, even when they contradict each other and themselves.
I think Dr. Tony has just been fired. He just doesn’t know it yet.
And Fauci opened the door into his own face on this one.
Nobody said he had to go to Nationals Park and make a spectacle of himself.

Fauci is no god. He is a little tin dictator sitting behind a desk in a bureaucracy pretending to be a muse from on high. Suffers from little man syndrome. And is nearly always wrong.
And for the rest of his life he won’t be able to travel outside the D.C. Beltway. Pretty much anywhere else he goes he is going to be beset with tongue-lashings from angry people whose lives he has ruined.
I’m sure it would set off a political firestorm, if Trump dismissed him from the Coronavirus task force. So if it happens, will happen after Election Day.
I think Fauci will be retiring soon after the election.
The pitch says it all. Here's a man who calls himself a professional who:
-not only attends a baseball game during a lockdown that he directed but pitches in it
-is out playing games instead of dealing with the issues that are keeping the country locked down
-gets caught not wearing his mask at the game; showing his ignorance and / or apathy at getting caught on video doing it
-throws a ridiculous pitch because he's so arrogant that he just knew he could do it and didn't need to practice in the days beforehand
This swamp bureaucrat's arrogance has made him so blind to reality yet he insists he knows what's best for others. The ancient Greeks and Roman writers had a character like Fauxi in mind when they spit on the ground.
