Well, you can count on the fact that the media won't bother finding out what the law in Colorado is on the use of pepper spray:
According to Colorado law: "Colorado residents in fear of attack by another human or an animal may use pepper spray as a self-defense mechanism. Pepper spray is considered a non-lethal self-defense tool, not a weapon."
The law also states: "Users of pepper spray do not have to inform their attacker that they are going to use the spray to defend themselves. Some individuals think informing the attacker that they're going to get sprayed will deter the attack, but it is not required."
If pepper spray is considered a non-lethal self-defense tool in Colorado, then why did this so-called security guard use deadly physical force on this guy?
Thank you for looking this Colorado law up, which even further makes my case, which is very clear cut this is murder. In order to claim self defense, there are many considerations and NONE of them fit what happened here.
