Republicans played by the rules and won.,P> Democrats want to change the rules because they lost.

There is no scenario where court packing should be tolerated.

....counting on uninformed

In essence then, he's assuming people are stupid---and many are--but he's speaking to their uninformed.

That's the difference between registered voters and likely voters.

“The Dims are trying to change the definition of ‘packing the court’.”

Par for the course. Just change the definition of terms to suit the politics.

Another example: The term “peaceful protest” now applies to events which include rock-throwing, window-smashing, looting, beaming lasers at cops, ettc.

“When I use a word,” Humpty Dumpty said in a rather scornful tone, “ it means just what I choose it to mean - neither more or less.”

“The question is,” said Alice, “whether you can make words mean so many different things.”

“The question is,” said Humpty Dumpty, “which is to be master - that’s all.”

No, “packing” is NOT filling a vacant seat. It is filling a vacant seat with a jurist who is not dedicated to the current leftist Democraptic-Socialist party.

Do not allow the far left to change the narrative by changing the language. The Republicans in congress have merely been selecting judges as allowed by the US Constitution, and then installing them. This is NOT “packing” by any definition of the term.

“Packing” has historically meant INCREASING THE NUMBER OF SEATS ON THE COURTS, in order to have the opportunity to nominate more judges than there have been in the past.

Hey Dick Turd-in, regards to your mentor, Harry Reid, without whom this would not have happened. You were there and you agreed to the ‘nuclear option’ even when Mitch McConnell gave strident warning. So, with the clear understanding that you LIE, LIE & LIE when you call filling a VACANT SEAT, as ‘court packing’, here is wanting you to eat your own byproduct. In short ESAD!.

Dick Durbin is so stupid that he does not realize that everyone knows that ‘Packing The Court’ means raising the number of judges above the nine that have been a standard for many years. He is actually slamming his legacy with this dumb statement. I had been giving him more credit than this.

This is a talking point release straight from the Democrat Central Committee. Senator “Penishead” Coons is mouthing the same nonsense. No doubt, this comes from a recent survey that revealed that very few people understand what “packing the court” means. The Democrats are trying to exploit that information and the clueless (mostly Democrats) will believe their accusations and conclued that the Republicans legitimate nominations and subsequent confirmations constitute “packing the court”. Democrats and the media love ignorant voters and intend to keep them that way.

Republicans versus Dems on the court are important.

The hidden issue never discussed is how many Supremes come from the Yale and Harvard monopoly of Supremes?

Durbin is a lying dfps. He knows “packing the court” doesn’t mean filling constitutional vacancies. He is depending on his supporters to be uninformed.

You guy do realize he's weasel-wording this so he can A) legitimately claim he did NOT accuse Repubs of court-packing, while B) telling all the low-info voters / general populace that only listen to key words that "the Repubs are court-packing". If you read his exact comments, he includes two words in there that change what he actually said. All he's really doing is accusing the Repubs of nominating/installing more Conservative justices.

Durbin said, “...the republicans packing the court on bias the past 3 1/2 years..."
