Must be having a good day, he usually can’t fit one coherent sentence into 45 seconds.
Going forward, it should be assumed and stated that they will pack the courts and see if they deny it.

If I were a journalist I would frame my questions to him “Since you’re obviously in favor of packing the court....” “Since you refuse to reject the idea of packing the court....”
Put him in a “damned if you do, damned if you don’t” position. You won’t get the truth out of him (in any eventuality) but at least you can get famous and watch him squirm.
