What does that have to do with Amy?

She’s going to be there a lot longer than Trump with his pardons.

Pardons are good but term limits get in a way for them to be a permanent fix.

Some people here have their eyes closed, THESE McCloskeys have been shown to be mostly conservatives but with that relatively popular name their record has been confused with Hillary Supporters in 2016. Yes there was 'some?' donations to a BLM group but it appears to be through' legal aid'(?)

According to the FEC, THIS Mark McCloskey made 20 contributions between October 2016 and February 2017 to the Republican National Committee or Donald Trump’s presidential campaign. Those are his most recent campaign contributions.

A travesty - but expected from a St. Louis grand jury.

I agree...all law abiding, sane,Americans have the right to keep...and bear...arms.What they did seemed entirely reasonable under the circumstances.IMO they had good reason to fear for their safety.

Given what I know about this case I,as a juror, would vote "not guilty" on *all* charges...despite their politics.

A grand jury will indict a ham sandwich (unless it’s a Dem sandwich).

“No worries. Trump has a couple of pardons in his pocket for them.”

President has no power to pardon anyone on state charges. When Texas was getting ready to execute a Mexican murderer, Mexico insisted he be pardoned. They didn’t understand our federal system. Bush couldn’t pardon him, nor order the governor of Texas to pardon him.

One reason why NY Atty. General is going after the Trump family is because she knows Trump has no power to help them. NY also recently passed a law allowing the state to prosecute people who Trump has pardoned who committed their crimes in NY.

Now Governor Parsons has promised a pardon, but in MO the conviction has to happen first. The St. Louis prosecutor is a piece of work. She was successful in hounding Governor Greitens out of office on charges which turned out to be bogus. She is now claiming that the current investigation of her is racist and has just lost a lawsuit against just about everyone in St. Louis who has spoken out against her. She easily won her democratic primary, but she does have a Republican running against her.

Yep, a good prosecutor could indict a ham sandwich, as the saying goes.

Ironic isn’t it.

They are going to charge her
for inadvertently disabling
her pistol.

I read she had disassembled it
to clean it and reassembled
it with a spring in backward
rendering the pistol inoperable.

( Though DemCommies hated guns /-)

Well,,, maybe just capitalist’s guns
