During the season premiere of NBCs Saturday Night Live, guest host Chris Rock opened the show with a monologue that took a jab at President Donald Trump over his COVID-19 diagnosis.
Rock called it the elephant in the room, then said his heart went out to COVID, referring to the Presidents medical condition.

Re: 55 - Sorry, LT, you’re off the mark on this.
I don’t think Chris Rock is Nagger.
And based on the two criteria I used on whether to post my initial reply, I don’t think the FReeper that posted that picture does either.
So we will see this differently.
Exactly
Saw a leaked X-ray of Trump from Walter Reed
His Superman suit showed
The name Donald Trump is going to replace Chuck Norris in all of those great jokes.

This statement? It is who HE is. It is who THEY (the Democrat Party) are. It is who who Media is.
It is who the Left is.
I also took it as a Chuck Norris reference, but then he started bashing the job of President a little later in the monologue.
I thought SNL was supposed to be funny?
This is a play on the Chuck Norris joke and an r/whoosh on the stupid white libs he knows so he doesnt get any backlash that will hurt his career. Hes got a good gig on Fargo right now. Rock isnt stupid.
Dont think he realizes what hes said here.
That's actually what I thought when I read the headline. Like, Covid doesn't know what it's in for and it picked the wrong guy.
I didn't see it so I have no idea if that's the case.
The comment makes since if you figure that Trump is gonna kick the chicom virus’ ass.
2012 is calling. No-one watches “TV” anymore. It’s all streaming content. He’s in a revival of a reboot of a show from ... 1996... with an audience the size of Andrews SC Community Theater.
The show descended into absolute filth with a musical guest accompanied by gyrating dancers who condemned the Attorney General of Kentucky while demanding that society protect Black Women. The political messaging throughout the entire program was disgusting.
Really? To me the worst part of the line wasn’t the disrespect — I expect that from lowlifes at SNL — but that it’s essentially a joke used 100,000 times by every twelve-year-old to disgust hatred.

Don’t bring up Dune?
Saturday Night Live. Wasn’t that the name of a TV show in the 70s?
I also took it that way.....it’s up for interpretation!!!
LOL
That might be funny...:)
No, I was having fun with the irregular pronunciation. Sting, the lead singer of The Police, had a humiliating minor role in the original Dune.
